This book incldues a selection of more then 3,000 songs thet were sung by the male Jews of Iraq over the past 200 years. The songs were selected from manuscripts of the 19th Century and from records. The male songs of the Jews of Iraq were not only liturgical works sung in Hebrew but include also Arabic songs thet have strictly secular meaning.
